Who is your guide?

Hello👋 my name is KEMI

My practice is over a decade old, what I started in 2011 by blocking ten minutes every morning to sit and reflect has lead me to over 10,000 (ten thousand hours) of meditation and therefore I am now considered an expert.

As an expert there are a few things I can tell you about Meditation and Mindfulness.

These are the things that you need to know before you begin to build your own practice:
  • You will not have any mystical, magical experiences
  • You will not solve all of life’s problems in a few moments of silence
  • There is no right or wrong way to practice, you are simply going to sit and breathe
  • Expect nothing from this experience but to sit and breathe
  • Nothing is going to happen to you
  • You will not float away
  • You will not think nothing
  • You will not stop your mind
