Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Spa Pampering At Home. If you are not entirely happy with your product, you may be eligible for a return under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be initiated within 2 days from the date of delivery.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team at hello@spapamperingathome.com to inform us of your intention to return the product.
Provide the order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for the return.
Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with instructions on where to send the item(s).
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trusted and trackable shipping service and obtaining a shipping receipt for your records.
Upon receiving the returned item(s) and verifying their condition, we will process the refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take 5 days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
- Items purchased during clearance sales or promotional offers, unless defective.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will assist you in resolving the issue by providing a replacement or refund as applicable.
